Pregfit offers you a healthy and safe way of exercising while you are pregnant. It has been shown that exercise during pregnancy is beneficial to mom and baby.

We have classes for each trimester with only 4 PregBellies per class, making it comfortable for mom and ensuring the special attention that you need while exercising during your pregnancy.

First Trimester  Monday 16h30-17h30
Second Trimester Tuesday 16h30-17h30
Third Trimester Wednesday 16h00-17h00

PLEASE NOTE:  Need another time for you and your friends? Private groups can be arranged, min 4 per class for 4 weeks.
