Based on Latin-American dancing, this workout will help you work up a sweat and have fun at the same time.
Zumba gives you a full body workout that helps you lose fat, strengthen your core and improve on your flexibility. This class is great for beginners and a great way to help you start your healthy lifestyle.

This class is limited to six people per group, offering you not only a great workout but also the one-on-one attention that you require to make this part of your weekly workout.
